Meeting Notes 11/9/16

Operation Christmas Child

• Starts tomorrow, Thursday November 10th and will end November 30th.

• Fill a shoebox with small gifts (toys, socks, etc.) and turn into Mr. Reinblatt’s room to receive credit

• You will receive an hour per box

• Boxes available in the media center!

• 3 box limit

Christmasville

• December 3rd and 4th

• First Shift: 8am-12pm

• Second Shift: 12pm-4pm

• Third Shift: 4pm- 8pm

• Please sign up on our website!

• If you’ve already signed up, please sign up again to specify the day and shift you would like to work!

Reindeer Romp Saturday, December 3rd (6am-10am)

• Need AS MANY VOLUNTEERS AS POSSIBLE! AT LEAST 4 HOURS!

• Free t-shirt for volunteering!

• Handing out waters and cheering on runners

• Downtown Rock Hill near Christmasville location

• Sign up on our website TODAY! Reinblatt needs to respond to volunteer coordinator by the END OF THE DAY TODAY (11/9/16)!

RHHS Auction

• We will be making two gift baskets to place in the RHHS silent auction.

• Possible themes for gift basket? Ideas?

• Members who participate will need to see Mr. Reinblatt to discuss ideas at the end of the meeting (potentially 3 service hours for this activity).
